Job Description:
As an Independent Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in connecting with clients, understanding their Life and/or Medicare insurance needs, and providing them with tailored coverage solutions. This position offers unlimited earning potential and the autonomy to manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable coverage
options for Life Insurance and/or Medicare.
Sales and Prospecting: Actively prospect and generate leads to build and maintain a client base. Utilize provided leads as well as your own network to identify new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively educate clients and offer competitive solutions.
Quoting and Closing Deals: Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and effectively close sales.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
Requirements:
Insurance License:
Must hold a valid insurance license for the state(s) you operate in. We can assist you in obtaining or transferring licenses as needed.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and Proficiency: Comfortable using online tools and platforms for virtual communication and document management.
